6. Intellectual Property
The ICS Certify platform, security features, holographic designs, verification technology, and all related materials are the intellectual property of International Cyber Security (Pvt) Ltd. Institutions retain ownership of their certificate content and recipient data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the institution for the specific certificate service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the institutional service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain payable and verification records for previously issued certificates are retained as required.
